Overview

The Activity area shows your notification feed and central activities from chat, calendar, tasks, and Microsoft Teams.

Filter

In the filter dialog you can set:

  • Time range: All time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days
  • Read status: All, Read only, Unread only
  • Activity types: e.g. mentions, reactions, messages, calendar
  • Sources: Matrix, Microsoft, MS Teams, WebDAV
  • Search: In titles, descriptions, users, channels

Usage

  • Overview: Central place for all relevant events
  • Filterable: By source, type, time range, and read status
  • Quick actions: Click on entry → jump to message, event, calendar, or file
  • Calendar linking: Click on calendar or mention activity (MS Teams) opens the calendar with the associated event
  • Mark as read (checkmark icon): Mark entry as read
  • Dismiss (X icon): Remove entry from the list

Note: Which activities are displayed depends on the notification settings. Under Settings → Notifications and Activity → Chats and Channels, you can choose per category (chat messages, @mentions, reactions, channel posts): Off, Show in banner, or Show in Activity and Banner. Only with "Show in Activity and Banner" do entries appear in the Activity page.
