Area: Planner

Overview

The Planner area displays tasks from connected providers (Microsoft Planner, Nextcloud Tasks, Open-Xchange). Provider badges indicate the source of each task.

Main Features

  • Views: Board, List, Schedule, Charts
  • Create task: "+ Add task" → Create Task
  • Manage: Drag between buckets, Edit, Complete, Assign, Quick-Assign, "Add to My Day"
  • Filters: All, My Tasks, In Progress, Completed
  • Multiple providers: Connect Microsoft Planner, Nextcloud, OX in Settings

Plan Management (Microsoft / Sparks Planner)

  • In the plans table, open the actions menu (...) for each plan:
    • Rename
    • Delete (with confirmation)
  • If the currently active plan is deleted, the UI falls back to the general tasks view.

Data Backends (Providers)

The Planner supports multiple task backends in parallel. Tasks are merged; a badge indicates the source.
