Tabs
Tabs and view options in areas and rooms.
The last selected tab bar per room/channel is remembered for the browser session (details: Custom Tabs). Chat/channel often starts with Chat and Files.
Chat and Channel Tabs

Calls (panels — not three Contacts tabs)
Under Calls (/calls) there is no separate phone-book tab. Layout:
