Tab: Collaborative block
Context
Shared live blocks in chat rooms and channels. UI label: Collaborative block / Kollaborativer Block. Create via Add Tab or from the composer (checklist and related actions).
Block types
| Type | Description |

| Checklist | Shared task list with progress (done of total) |
| Agenda | Agenda items, optional duration in minutes, total time |
| Notes | Shared notes (where enabled in the catalog) |
Everyone in the room sees the same live view; changes sync in the room.
Creating
- Open room/channel → + / Add Tab
- Choose Collaborative block
- Set type and title → create
- The tab appears in the bar; content can also be referenced as a chat card/message
Alternatively: composer → checklist / collaboration actions (depending on build).
Usage
- Add, check off, and reorder items (drag & drop where supported)
- For agenda: maintain duration per item
- Markdown export may be available in the client
