Dialog: Create Task

How to Open

  • In Planner: "+ Add task" or "+" button
  • Depends on view: next to a bucket (board) or at top of list
  • In board view: Click "+" in a bucket to create task directly in that bucket

Bucket Selection (Microsoft Planner)

  • Buckets = Kanban board columns (e.g. "To Do", "In Progress")
  • Select target bucket when creating
  • Task appears immediately in chosen column

Provider Selection

With multiple task backends (Microsoft Planner, Nextcloud, OX):

  • Choose target provider
  • Task is created there
  • Default provider can be set in Settings

Workflow

  1. Click "+ Add task"
  2. Enter title (required)
  3. Optionally set due date, assignment, bucket
  4. Add description and priority if needed (provider-dependent)
  5. Choose provider (when multiple)
  6. Create
