How to Open​

  • In Chat: Open room
  • Menu or "Room settings" icon
  • Or right-click on room in list

Typical Settings​

  • Change room name and description
  • Adjust avatar (room image)
  • Notifications (sounds, mentions)
  • Version history / encryption
  • Members view, invite, remove. Invite via Add People dialog – search Matrix and (with MS login) Microsoft Entra users; MS users without Matrix can be invited via email or MS Teams chat.
  • Permissions for messages and invitations

Leave Room​

  • "Leave room" option in settings or context menu
